Salesforce Technical Leadership :
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom apps, Lightning Components).
- Manage L3 technical support for ongoing incidents, defect fixes, and performance issues, ensuring SLAs are met for Salesforce clients.
- Conduct detailed root cause analysis for recurring technical issues and propose preventive measures.
- Build and maintain complex Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce custom objects, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, flows, and security model
Integration & Middleware :
Manage integration between Salesforce and external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, MuleSoft (if applicable), and other middleware platforms.Support data migration, synchronization, and integration error handling.Java & Angular Development :
Apply Java programming skills for middleware services, batch utilities, or integration layers supporting Salesforce.Maintain and enhance Angular-based web components or portals interfacing with Salesforce data.Client Engagement & Support Continuity :
Work directly with clients business and IT teams to understand requirements, provide technical solutions and ensure operational excellence.Participate in change management and release planning for enhancements.Provide technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge transfer to other team members.Offer proactive recommendations to improve Salesforce adoption, data quality, and automation efficiency.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Salesforce Expertise :
8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with at least 4+ years in a Senior Developer role.Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura, SOQL, SOSL.Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and declarative capabilities.Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Platform App Builder capabilities.Proficient in Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchies.Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Bitbucket / Git, Jenkins, etc.).Familiarity with Salesforce Governor Limits and best practices for scalable code.Integration & API Skills :
Strong experience in REST / SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and middleware integration.Hands-on with Java-based integration services and API gateways.MuleSoft or similar ESB experience preferred.Java & Angular Skills :
Strong Java development background for backend services and middleware.Angular experience for building or maintaining custom portals or dashboards integrated with Salesforce.Salesforce Clients Engagement Context (Highly Preferred) :
Experience in support-heavy environments with strict SLAs.Knowledge of consumer goods / FMCG industry processes is a plus.Understanding of existing clients Salesforce customization and integrations (will be provided during onboarding).Certifications (Preferred) :
