Salesforce Senior Developer / Tech Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Developer / Tech Lead to join our Salesforce Platform Team. In this role, you will lead technical development activities, ensure adherence to best practices, and deliver solutions aligned with business needs. You will collaborate closely with Salesforce Technical Architects, Product Teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce implementations using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce , along with declarative tools such as Flow and Dynamic Forms .

Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions.

Drive the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce applications following best practices.

Partner with Salesforce Technical Architects and Product Teams to estimate, design, and implement technical solutions.

Provide technical advisory support and assist maintenance teams with incident management .

Conduct technical gap analysis and prepare technical design documents for complex solutions.

Ensure compliance with release management processes using GIT and CI / CD tools.

Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases and leverage new features to optimize system usage.
