Relationship Officer – Marketing & SalesLocation : Palarivattom, KochiSalary : ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per monthGender : Male / Female️ Experience : 1 – 4 yearsLanguage : Excellent fluency in English and Hindi is required.About the RoleWe are seeking an energetic and target-driven Relationship Officer to join our marketing and sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, achieving sales goals, and contributing to the organization’s overall business growth through effective communication and negotiation skills.Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and internal teams.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.- Conduct telesales and follow-ups to acquire new clients and maintain existing relationships.- Stay updated on all services, features, and promotional activities to support client acquisition.- Participate in marketing initiatives and corporate tie-ups to drive business growth.- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely communication and support.Requirements- Experience : 1–4 years of experience in telesales, marketing, or direct sales (mandatory).- Language : Excellent fluency in English and Hindi is required. Proficiency in additional South Indian languages such as Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, or Bengali will be an added advantage.- Skills : - Exceptional communication, listening, and negotiation abilities.- Highly energetic, confident, and goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales.- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.- Proven ability to achieve and exceed performance targets.- Education : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.- Technical : Proficient in basic computer operations and comfortable using CRM or online tools.Job Type & Compensation- Employment Type : Full-time (On-site)- Industry : Marketing / Sales / BPO- Salary Range : ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
