Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote products / services.
• Provide detailed information about products / services to clients and address their queries.
• Maintain and update customer database and records of calls made.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the management.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Collaborate with team members to improve strategies and techniques.
