Key Responsibilities
Program Design & Curriculum Development
- Design and take ownership of the learning structure for assigned program curriculum, skill tracks, and assessments.
- Translate learning goals into practical, engaging, and outcome-oriented content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and faculty to ensure academic rigor and alignment with industry needs.
- Continuously update and refine curriculum based on learner feedback and emerging technology trends.
Learning Experience Design
Develop experiential learning formats including labs, projects, hackathons, and workshops that bridge theory with real-world application.Create clear learning outcomes, rubrics, and teaching resources to support effective delivery.Assist faculty and trainers in delivering high-quality classroom and online sessions.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with operations, placements, and product teams to ensure smooth implementation of programs across campuses.Facilitate industry engagement through guest sessions, certifications, and real-world projects.Leverage data and feedback to continuously improve student engagement and learning outcomes.Skills Required
