Key Objectives of this Role :

• Manage his / her team to drive accountability, design quality mindset, efficiency and people development.
• Assign resources from his / her team to each project under his / her responsibilities.
• Make relevant reporting of his / her team to the management.
• Ensure quality of deliverables from his / her team.
• Provide guidance and support to his / her team through organizational and cross-functional resources.
• Conduct weekly call
