Job Overview :

We are looking for you to bring your analytics skill set and digital advertising experience to

grow marketing channels for multiple high impact advertisers.

You will be managing performance and branding campaigns for marquee international

brands using multiple ad formats such as Native, Display and Search. We look for people

who are naturally inclined to dig into the numbers and are looking to grow alongside a

fast-paced product.

What makes this role exciting is that you will have the opportunity to work closely with

the Product and Engineering team Impact the Product Roadmap alongside growing the

Brand advertising business.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Managing end to end online Advertisers and DSPs with some of the top websites in the world, helping them to manage their accounts with us everyday, helping increase their monetization & overall profitability.
  • Troubleshooting & problem solving the daily incoming customer queries based on issues such as product feature implementation or performance of their accounts, being very accessible & hands on - aiming to achieve a high customer satisfaction index.
  • Routinely building in-depth reports for thoroughly analyzing data trends and consistently working towards increasing revenues for customer accounts allotted to you.
  • Strategizing and ideating with cross-functional internal teams to identify new revenue opportunities, also finding potential product / product feature matches that enable customers to earn even more revenues & up-selling / cross-selling them to these advertiser accounts.
  • Identifying & segregating potential new Market Segments for enhanced focus & better personalized strategies for success / not adopting a 'one size fits all' approach but a highly customized approach to your work.
  • Working with the sales and marketing teams to develop relevant marketing / sales collaterals and business proposals to use to share with customers while upselling / cross-selling erstwhile mentioned new / more enhanced product features of the media.Net suite of products.

Who should apply for this role?

  • If you have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in account management / client servicing type roles – preferably with internet-based businesses and / or digital / online media / technology / IT / software product-enabled businesses or companies.
  • You have excellent analytical skills and are comfortable working every day with numbers / large data sets, gleaning data insights to do your job better.
  • You can manage time efficiently & independently complete work allotted to you within timelines & are used to working in fast-paced, high-growth companies.
  • You are an avid internet user, with a strong inclination towards technology & internet-based businesses.
  • Familiarity with the Internet search industry / ad tech is preferred.
