Senior Executive, HVAC & BMS

Job Description

• Responsible to execution of installation and commissioning of utility equipment.
• Responsible for qualification, preparation and qualification of utility equipment.
• Responsible for various project execution as per organization requirement.
• Responsible for maintenance and breakdown activity related to HVAC / Water System / Plant utility equipment / machineries
• Responsible to perform the preventive maintenance activity of plant utility machinery as per PM schedule and as per respective SOP.
• Responsible to assist engineer in installation and commissioning of plant utility machinery.
• Responsible to generate the tools and part Requirements for daily breakdown and preventive maintenance
• responsible to intimate the superior immediately for critical breakdown
• Responsible to report the superior for daily breakdown and its corrective action

Qualifications

Designation : Executive / Sr. Executive

Degree : Diploma / Bachler of Engineering

Location : Palli

Experience : 4 to 10 Years
