Job descriptionAttend regional reviews and maintain connect with sales teams through field visits Resolve HR policy issues, support performance improvement plans, and coach managers Track attrition and drive retention strategies based on analytics Manage third-party payroll disbursement and vendor coordination
Key Deliverables :
- Partner with sales leaders to align workforce planning with annual business goals
- Drive end-to-end performance and talent management processes
- Lead onboarding and HR operations for on-roll and off-roll employees in the region
- Facilitate surveys, assessment centers, and employee engagement initiatives
