Process – Mixed Tech Sales :
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls related to technical issues such as printer support, antivirus, pop-up alerts, and other system-related concerns.
Sales & Troubleshooting :
Understand customer technical problems, offer quick diagnosis, and pitch suitable solutions and services (e.g., software support, subscription plans).High-Intent Calls :
Manage mixed calls including pop-ups, antivirus alerts, and printer errors. Convert these into successful paid support sales.Customer Handling :
Communicate clearly and confidently with US-based customers. Guide them through the solution process and close sales efficiently.Shift & Schedule :
Night shift role (US hours) with a stable 5-day work week.Candidate Requirements :
Experience : Prior experience in US technical sales or support (preferred)Technical Knowledge : Basic understanding of printer issues, antivirus software, malware, and system alertsCommunication : Excellent English communication and persuasive skillsShift : Night shiftSchedule : 5 days workingSkills Required
