KITCHEN SUPERVISOR

Role Overview :  You will play a pivotal role in the successful operation of ALPA’s Myalk Kitchen Café in Galiwinku. This position will ensure the delivery of high-quality, high volume food orders as well as manage local team members. You will be someone who has experience in food preparation and the ability to manage a busy kitchen with a high volume of food orders.

What you Will do :

• Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking and plating
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked kitchen
• Ensure compliance with food health and safety
• Monitor inventory levels
• Train and supervise local staff members in the kitchen

This position is based in Galiwinku, NT.
