We're seeking a seasoned Senior HR Executive to support our HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) projects. This role will focus on HR management, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws for our project-based workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Support
• : Provide HR support to project teams, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with labor laws.
• Recruitment
• : Manage recruitment processes for project-specific roles, including HVAC technicians, engineers, and support staff.
• Employee Relations
• : Foster positive employee relations and handle grievances or issues promptly.
• Compliance
• : Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
• Training & Development
• : Organize training programs for employees to enhance skills and knowledge in HVAC projects.
• Payroll Management
• : Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
• Performance Management
• : Implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
• Employee Engagement
• : Plan and execute employee engagement activities to boost morale and productivity.
