Role : Campus Network Engineer

Location : Bangalore / Pune

Role Description :

The candidate will be responsible for advising customers on suitable Campus Network Edge solutions that align with their business objectives.

These solutions may include both wired infrastructure (e.g., switches, routers) and wireless infrastructure (e.g., access points, wireless controllers, network management tools, and endpoint security solutions).

The candidate will lead the design, implementation, and migration of campus network solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across all components.

This role involves working on complex problems that require in-depth analysis of multiple factors and the application of advanced subject matter expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and architect scalable, secure, and resilient multi-vendor campus network solutions, including wired (switches) and wireless (access points, controllers) components.
• Develop high-level and low-level network design documentation prior to deployment.
• Create detailed "as-built" documentation following implementation.
• Support pursuit and pre-sales activities by analyzing customer requirements and proposing tailored network solutions.
• Conduct campus network assessments, perform gap analyses, and provide recommendations aligned with industry best practices.
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation and orchestration to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead the design, assessment, implementation, deployment, and migration of campus wired and wireless solutions in multi-vendor environments, with a focus on Aruba products.
• Manage multiple project teams, overseeing all stages of design and deployment for complex enterprise network environments, including solution design, analysis, configuration, testing, and integration.
• Provide domain-specific expertise in enterprise networking during both delivery and pursuit phases.
• Drive innovation by integrating new technologies and methodologies into projects.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing.
