You will have the autonomy to design creative sourcing strategies engage diverse talent pools and deliver an unparalleled candidate experience. What youll DO

• Build teams : Take the lead in Scaling engineering teams in Pune contributing to Rubriks global success.
• Be a Talent Magnet : Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier tech talent especially passive candidates across all levelsincluding leadership.
• Strategic Collaboration : Partner closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and create tailored hiring strategies.
• Elevate Candidate Experience : Serve as a brand ambassador for Rubrik ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our values and culture.
• Drive DEI Initiatives : Champion diversity equity and inclusion in every aspect of recruitment to build a balanced and representative workforce.
• Shape Recruitment Practices : Continuously evolve recruitment processes and contribute to strategic hiring initiatives.
