About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced Healthcare Clinical Recruiter with

minimum 2+ years of experience in filling full-time roles in the USA healthcare sector

, including :

Physical Therapist (PT)

Director of Nursing (DON)

Patient Care Manager

CRNA

Full Time Home Health positions across the USA

Requirements :

Strong experience in sourcing and filling full-time healthcare roles in the USA

Expertise in Indeed (paid postings), LinkedIn Professional, and Ceipal ATS

Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment for specialized healthcare roles

Must be able to work on-site from our Pune office

Interview Schedule :

Face-to-Face interviews will be conducted on Wednesday, October 8th, 2025 and Thursday, October 9th, 2025 only at our Pune office
