We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team and help connect top-tier medical professionals with leading healthcare organizations across the United States. What you'll be doing :

Reviewing client job openings and identifying qualified healthcare candidates to fill them.

Using a variety of online tools and social media platforms to source talent.

Participating in daily team huddles to coordinate with Account Managers and Team Leads, making sure all roles are actively covered and moving toward successful placements.

Source candidates using job boards (Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media, referrals, and other creative strategies

Conducting thorough candidate screenings to assess skills, medical qualifications, interest level, and compensation expectations—including tax terms like W2 and 1099.

Recruiting for both contract and permanent positions.

Navigating US employment terms and visa types with ease (W2, 1099, US Visas, etc.).

Using applicant tracking systems and internal tools to stay organized and deliver results.

Bringing hands-on experience in recruiting in the medical field.

Staying informed on healthcare staffing trends, licensing requirements, and compliance standards.

Having strong exposure to direct client interactions

Possessing at least 2 years of relevant experience in US staffing, ideally within healthcare.

Familiarity with MSP and VMS environments.

Experience recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.

Applying both traditional and creative recruiting strategies to meet client needs.

Using Boolean search techniques to find top candidates across multiple sourcing platforms.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in US recruitment in healthcare.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.

Shift Timings

• 6.30 PM - 3.30 AM IST / 7 PM - 4 AM IST.

Mode : work from Office
