About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Recruiter to join our global talent acquisition team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment life cycle for clinical, healthcare, and life sciences positions for our US-based clients. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top clinical talent while ensuring compliance with US hiring practices and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 1–2 years focused on clinical, healthcare, or life sciences hiring for the US market.
- Strong understanding of clinical research operations, regulatory environments, and GCP (Good Clinical Practice) principles.
- In-depth knowledge of US hiring practices and employment laws.
- Experience recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
- Understanding of US tax terms (1099, W2, Corp-to-Corp).
- Proven ability to identify and assess clinical talent through various sourcing channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience recruiting for CROs, pharmaceutical companies, or clinical research organizations.Familiarity with clinical job titles, medical terminology, and compliance standards (FDA, ICH, HIPAA).Experience with ATS platforms and CRM tools for candidate management.Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for US-based clients, from sourcing to onboarding.Partner closely with recruiting leads and hiring managers to understand clinical role requirements and team needs.Work on strategic global hiring programs aligned with business priorities.Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified professionals across clinical research, healthcare, and life sciences roles (e.g., Clinical Research Associates, Clinical Data Managers, Regulatory Affairs Specialists, Clinical Trial Assistants, Pharmacovigilance Associates, etc.).Use niche clinical sourcing platforms and professional networks to identify top talent.Conduct candidate interviews, evaluate qualifications, and document findings for reporting.Maintain candidate pipelines and update records accurately in the ATS.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure hiring goals align with the company’s growth objectives.Stay current on industry trends, including hiring practices, certifications, and regulatory updates in clinical research.
