Mainframe Assembler Developer

We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Assembler Developer with strong skills in IBM mainframe environments and the C programming language. You will work closely with global development teams and report directly to company directors. This role requires technical expertise, leadership ability, and the flexibility to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preference will be given to candidates eligible for a US business visa, as some travel may be required for in-person client or team meetings.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain applications in IBM Z / OS Assembler, C / C++, COBOL, and JCL.
• Work in IBM mainframe environments including Z / OS (MVS), SysPlex, CICS, DB2, JES, USS, and WebSphere.
• Support Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions and output management systems.
• Participate in onsite-offshore coordination, project management, and client relationship management.
• Lead and mentor global development teams, manage timelines, resolve conflicts, and ensure successful delivery.
• Participate in CMOD migration and other content / document management initiatives.
• Create and deliver presentations, project plans, and documentation using Microsoft Office tools (Project, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Adhere to CMMi SDLC processes and best practices.
