Key role : NGS data analysis

Essential Requirements : Building custom NGS analysis pipelines proficient in R / Python Linux Knowledge of various databases and tools used for analyzing human / microbial genomes

Desirable Requirements : Good knowledge of Human and Population Genetics Nanopore Analysis pipeline orchestration tools (Nextflow / Snakemake) Version and Control tools (GitHub)

Duration : 3 months

Stipend : 8000.00 - 10000.00 per month

Schedule : Flexible shift
