Key role : NGS data analysis

Essential Requirements : Building custom NGS analysis pipelines, proficient in R / Python, Linux, Knowledge of various databases and tools used for analyzing human / microbial genomes

Desirable Requirements : Good knowledge of Human and Population Genetics, Nanopore Analysis, pipeline orchestration tools (Nextflow / Snakemake), Version and Control tools (GitHub)

Job Types : Internship (On-site)

Duration : 3 months

Stipend : ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
