About the Role :
We are looking for a Guest Experience Associate who will assist in creating exceptional guest journeys from pre-arrival to post-checkout. The role involves guest communication, feedback management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable stay at Regenta Central Antarim.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle guest communication via phone and WhatsApp with courtesy and professionalism.
- Coordinate with departments for pre-arrival arrangements and special guest requests .
- Conduct post-checkout follow-ups and collect valuable guest feedback.
- Maintain and update guest data in Excel and prepare daily / weekly reports.
- Support in driving online reviews, ratings , and guest satisfaction initiatives .
- Assist in compiling insights, trends, and follow-up actions for the Guest Experience Department.
What We're Looking For :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.Warm, polite, and guest-centric attitude.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.Prior hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage.Why Join Us :
