Description

We are seeking a motivated Business Development (Sales) professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance metrics.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze market data and sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
