Key Responsibilities :
- Curriculum Development : Develop and refine training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online modules, aligning with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Instruction Delivery : Conduct hands-on training sessions using simulations, labs, and real-world scenarios to teach practical HVAC and chiller system skills.
- Assessment and Evaluation : Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Safety and Compliance : Ensure safety protocols are followed during all training sessions and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lab Management : Maintain and update training facilities, ensuring they are equipped with relevant tools, equipment, and simulation setups.
