Manager Service Technical Support

Key Responsibilities :

• Curriculum Development : Develop and refine training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online modules, aligning with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Instruction Delivery : Conduct hands-on training sessions using simulations, labs, and real-world scenarios to teach practical HVAC and chiller system skills.
• Assessment and Evaluation : Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Safety and Compliance : Ensure safety protocols are followed during all training sessions and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Lab Management : Maintain and update training facilities, ensuring they are equipped with relevant tools, equipment, and simulation setups.
• Collaboration and Communication : Work with instructional design teams, trainers, and industry professionals to ensure program relevance and effectiveness.
• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving : Provide guidance and support to students struggling with technical concepts or practical applications.
• Professional Development : Stay updated on industry advancements, new technologies, and best practices to enhance training content.
• Travel : May require travel to different locations to conduct training sessions or support program initiatives.
