Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and client-focused professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager OR Project Manager . This hybrid role requires a unique blend of strategic account management, technical data analysis skills, and strong product intuition. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for our most valuable clients, leading strategic projects and leveraging data to drive client success, retention, and the evolution of our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management (KAM)
- Serve as the trusted primary point of contact and strategic consultant for a dedicated portfolio of high-value clients.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure maximum client value, satisfaction, and long-term partnership growth.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding client business objectives and aligning them with our product roadmap.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), presenting comprehensive performance data, market insights, and strategic recommendations to C-level client stakeholders.
Data & Product Insight
Perform deep-dive data analysis on client usage, performance metrics, and product adoption to identify opportunities for optimization and expansion.Create and maintain professional dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key account health and project KPIs.Act as the voice of the customer internally, synthesizing data-backed client feedback to inform and prioritize the internal Product and Engineering roadmaps.Project Leadership & Delivery
Lead complex client-facing projects (e.g., custom integrations, system implementations, major feature rollouts) from scoping and resource planning to final delivery.Manage project timelines, budgets, and scope, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and to the client's satisfaction.Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Data Science, Operations) to ensure seamless project execution.Proactively identify, document, and mitigate project risks and scope changes, communicating clear status updates to both internal and external stakeholders.Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
3-5 years of professional experience in a combination of Key Account Management, Strategic Consulting, or Project Management roles.Proven Data Proficiency : Hands-on experience with advanced data manipulation and analysis, with the ability to translate data into compelling business narratives.Technical Tool Mastery : High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas) and experience working with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and Project Management (e.g., Jira, Asana) software.Dashboarding Experience : Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and present insights from BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.Exceptional Communication : Superior presentation, negotiation, and written / verbal communication skills to engage effectively with technical teams and executive-level clients.Skills : client engagement,project,product sense,communication,data driven,excel,sql,product management
