As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Cybersecurity Business Partner — a senior professional who can bridge executive-level client relationships with deep technical strategy, driving cybersecurity transformation and managed service adoption.

Position Summary

The Cybersecurity Business Partner (CBP) acts as the strategic interface between enterprise clients and Madre Janus’s cybersecurity, SOC, and engineering teams. This role combines business leadership, cybersecurity expertise, and solution innovation to strengthen client trust, identify opportunities for resilience improvement, and ensure delivery excellence.

The CBP will lead consulting engagements, oversee large-scale cybersecurity programs, and support pre-sales and solution architecture efforts — aligning every engagement with the client’s business goals, risk appetite, and regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Serve as the primary cybersecurity advisor and trusted business partner for enterprise accounts.

Translate client business objectives into actionable cybersecurity roadmaps and managed service engagements.

Collaborate with CXOs, IT leadership, and compliance officers to define security priorities and investment strategies.

Solution Strategy & Governance

Oversee design, implementation, and governance of advanced Fortinet-driven cybersecurity solutions, including Forti SIEM, Forti SOAR, Forti XDR, and Zero Trust frameworks.

Ensure that all security solutions align with enterprise architecture principles, compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR), and operational resilience goals.

Review and validate solution blueprints, ensuring scalability, redundancy, and integration readiness.

Client Engagement & Business Growth

Identify new cybersecurity opportunities through consultative engagement and risk-based assessments.

Drive business expansion across Managed Security Services (MSS), SOC, and advisory portfolios.

Present security performance reports, threat posture analysis, and executive dashboards to clients.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with internal stakeholders — including SOC, Presales, Consulting, and Operations — to ensure consistent delivery and service excellence.

Mentor and guide Cybersecurity Consultants and Analysts to build a future-ready talent pool.

Support leadership in developing go-to-market (GTM) strategies and vertical-specific cybersecurity offerings.

Qualifications & Skills

Education : Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or Engineering.

Experience : 7+ years in cybersecurity consulting, enterprise solution delivery, or MSSP leadership.

Certifications : Fortinet NSE 8 (mandatory) ; additional credentials such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or ISO Lead Auditor preferred.

Technical Expertise :

Deep understanding of Fortinet’s security fabric (Forti Gate, Forti SIEM, Forti Analyzer, Forti NAC, Forti EDR, Forti XDR, Forti SOAR).

Experience in SOC design, threat intelligence integration, incident response, and Zero Trust architecture.

Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF).

Business Acumen : Strong grasp of risk management, compliance mandates, and cybersecurity economics.

Communication : Exceptional executive presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Leadership : Ability to influence, mentor, and lead multi-disciplinary teams across global engagements.
