Senior Identity Automation Engineer

Job description

Cvent's Enterprise Services team is seeking a Senior Identity Automation Engineer to drive our identity and access management (IAM) automation initiatives. This role combines deep technical expertise in identity systems with a strong focus on building scalable automation solutions to support our growing enterprise.

Core Responsibilities-

• Design and implement automation solutions for identity lifecycle management using Python and modern IAM tools
• Lead technical integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions, focusing on identity system consolidation
• Architect and maintain identity synchronization workflows across multiple platforms and directories
• Develop self-service tools and automated processes to streamline access management
• Create and maintain infrastructure as code for identity-related AWS resources
• Collaborate with security teams to implement and automate identity governance controls
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in identity automation
