Senior Engineer - Identity Governance & Operations

As a Senior Engineer in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Operations at Optiv, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational support, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise IGA platforms including Zilla Security, Saviynt, and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

You will ensure the reliability, performance, and compliance of identity services across client environments, while supporting access governance, provisioning workflows, and access review campaigns.

This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with a strong operational mindset and a passion for identity security.

How Youll Make An Impact :

• Provide ongoing operational support for IGA platforms (Zilla, Saviynt, SailPoint ISC), including issue resolution, performance tuning, and system health monitoring.
• Manage daily administration tasks such as user provisioning / deprovisioning, access request fulfillment, role management, and policy enforcement.
• Monitor and maintain connectors and integrations with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), SaaS applications, and on-prem systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve access issues, sync failures, and workflow errors, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Support access certification campaigns, including campaign setup, monitoring, and remediation tracking.
• Perform routine audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to analyze access data, identify anomalies, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, including runbooks, SOPs, and configuration guides.
• Participate in change management processes, ensuring updates and patches are tested and deployed with minimal risk.
• Provide on-call support and respond to incidents related to identity services as part of a rotation.
