Key Responsibilities :
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Perform complex data queries, extraction, and reporting using SQL .
- Analyze financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making.
- Generate actionable insights using tools like Microsoft Excel , Power Query , and other reporting platforms.
Billing & Accounting Support
Manage invoicing, reconciliation, and billing procedures in collaboration with the Accounting team.Ensure accurate financial documentation and compliance with internal policies.Apply basic accounting principles to support financial workflows and reporting.Documentation & Process Management
Develop and maintain business documentation, reports, and process manuals.Edit and format PDFs professionally to meet company standards.Organize financial and operational records for efficient access and retrieval.Client Interaction & Onboarding
Engage with clients to gather and document business requirements.Support client onboarding and ensure seamless integration into company operations.Translate client needs into actionable product features and workflows.Automation Skills
Implement automation solutions using VBA , Power Query , and other relevant tools to improve efficiency.Collaboration & Communication
Work cross-functionally with technology and business teams to deliver solutions.Communicate effectively with senior executives and stakeholders.Design process flows and business diagrams using Visio ; create presentations in PowerPoint .Support integration projects and day-to-day operational requests from stakeholders.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance , or a related field.Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a business analysis, product, or operations role.Proven experience in managing IT projects and integration initiatives.Strong proficiency in SQL , Microsoft Excel , Word , Visio , and PowerPoint .Familiarity with financial systems, databases, and business intelligence tools.Preferred Skills :
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Strong organizational and documentation management skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Experience with SaaS products and financial data handling is a plus.
