Job Description �This is an operational role responsible for managing day to day sales support operations. Responsibilities ' �Provide operation support for order booking. �Track Contract Notification Tab �Reserve all Orders for assigned Account managers. � All orders to be approved within 48 hours of entry into package validation. �All Name Change Requests to be entered in Tiger & SFDC. �Disconnection order to be created within 24 hours of receiving the request from collections / Credit team and order needs to process immediately
