We are seeking an experienced Avaloq Techno-Functional Business Analyst to join our core banking and wealth management technology team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of business analysis, technical expertise, and Avaloq platform experience to drive end-to-end implementation, customization, and optimization of banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams for Avaloq-based projects.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Avaloq core banking solutions.
Work on system configuration, customization, and parameterization within the Avaloq environment.
Collaborate with developers and QA teams for solution design, UAT, and deployment.
Support implementation and post-production phases ensuring system stability and performance.
Participate in data migration, interface design, and integration testing with external systems.
Work closely with product owners, architects, and delivery managers to align solutions with business goals.

Required Skills & Experience :

6+ years of experience in IT / Banking domain with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Avaloq.

Strong understanding of Avaloq Core Banking System, data model, and modules (Accounts, Payments, Securities, CRM, etc.).

Proven experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and functional documentation.

Exposure to SQL / PL-SQL, data analysis, and debugging.

Experience with implementation, migration, or upgrade projects in Avaloq ecosystem.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Avaloq Certification or training will be an added advantage.
