We are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our People Products team reporting into the HCM Solutions Architect on the People Products team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for system configuration across various functional areas within Workday that power our employee experience and operational excellence, with the first big initiatives focused on Toast's global expansion and supporting US payroll. You'll work closely with People, Finance, and IT stakeholders to build scalable and successfully adopted solutions.
About this roll- (Responsibilities) :
- Serve as the subject matter expert across multiple areas of Workday, with specific focus on HCM, Benefits, and Payroll
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (People Operations, Payroll, Total Rewards, IT etc.) to understand and improve business processes, providing Workday solutions that drive efficiency
- Lead end-to-end system configuration to support evolving business needs
- Continuously identify opportunities for process efficiency and system improvements, adopting a product-driven mindset to optimize Workday
- Understand data flows, business processes and system usages between Workday and other systems (both internal and external)
- Drive major Workday releases, including comprehensive plan for adoption of new features and regression testing for impacts to existing configurations
- Collaborates with business leaders to design and build reports to assist in data analysis, trends, and strategic planning
- Ensures compliance with data protection regulations and collaborates with various departments to manage security configurations and access controls.
- Evaluate requests for new products to determine alignment with existing Toast systems and overall systems strategy goals
Do you have the right ingredients-? (Requirements)
