HR PMO Requirement | Big4 Consulting Firm | Navi Mumbai - Onsite | Contract

A leading Big4 Consulting Firm is seeking an HR PMO to support its end client on a large scale digital transformation program in Navi Mumbai (on-site) . The consultant will be responsible for driving HR transformation initiatives , focusing on HR Project Management, technology implementation , process improvements , and change management .

The role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary consulting team to design, implement, and manage HR transformation projects. The consultant will oversee project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring delivery within defined timelines and quality standards.

Key Requirements :

• 8–14 years of experience in HR transformation projects (consulting experience preferred)
• Strong project management experience with hands-on knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in modern project management tools such as JIRA , Trello , and other collaboration platform.
• Proven expertise in HR technology implementation and HR process redesign
• Ability to effectively engage and manage multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams

Location : Navi Mumbai (on-site)
