Job Summary
The HR MIS Specialist is responsible for managing and analyzing HR data to support decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. This role involves maintaining HR databases, generating accurate reports, and providing actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR systems, data analytics, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
HR Data Management
- Maintain and update HR databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational policies.
MIS Reporting
Generate and distribute regular and ad hoc HR reportsDevelop dashboards for real-time monitoring.Provide data-driven insights to assist in strategic HR planning.Data Analytics and Insights
Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Present insights to HR leadership and recommend actionable solutions.Process Improvement
Identify gaps in existing HR processes and recommend automation opportunities.Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR data management and reporting.Ensure alignment of HR MIS practices with organizational goals.Qualifications
Education :Bachelor s degreeExperience :2 5 years of experience in HR systems, MIS, or a related role.Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Power BI MS Excel (Python,SQL highly appreciated).Strong proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Skills :Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential data.Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.Key Competencies
