Key Responsibilities :Identify and Reach Out to UCO Sources :Source potential UCO (Used Cooking Oil) suppliers, including restaurants, hotels, and food manufacturers.Focus on meeting and exceeding sourcing targets while building a strong sales pipeline.Client Engagement :Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and effectively communicate the company's value proposition.Contract Negotiation & Sales Process :Support in negotiating contracts and managing the sales process from qualification to closure.Secure long-term UCO supply partnerships with clients.Compliance & Coordination :Ensure compliance with industry standards and FSSAI regulations under the RUCO initiative.Coordinate with the operations team to ensure efficient UCO collection.Sales Strategy & Record Maintenance :Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities.Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies based on market feedback.Team Collaboration & Training :Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry trends and sales techniques.Candidate Profile :Proven experience in sales , lead generation , and account management .Strong communication and negotiation abilities.Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about sustainability .Bachelor's degree in business , marketing , environmental studies , or related fields.Experience in waste management , food industry , or biofuel sector is a plus.Skills Required
