Executive - International Marketing

Role & Responsibilities :

Market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes in targeted international markets.

Introduce new products, maintain and strengthen the brand presence in international markets.

Ensure consistent brand identity and compliance with global marketing guidelines.

Collaborate with distributors, agents, and partners to execute marketing initiatives.

Support distributors with marketing materials, product training, and promotional activities.

Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Coordinate logistics, booth design, and post-event follow-up.

Manage social media accounts and online advertising campaigns for international audiences.

Work with designers and content creators to produce region-specific marketing materials.

Candidate Profile :

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, International Business, or related field.

2+ years of experience in international marketing or export-focused roles.

Strong understanding of global markets and cultural differences.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Proficiency in marketing tools, social media platforms, and MS Office / Google Workspace.

Ability to travel internationally when required.

Strong project management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in FMCG, export industries.

Knowledge of international trade regulations and marketing compliance.

Creativity and adaptability to changing market conditions.
