???? Role OverviewAs a Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing to execute campaigns, coordinate events, manage content, and build digital communities. - ???? Key Responsibilities
1. Event Marketing
- Coordinate logistics for client and B2B events across cities
- Manage stall branding, collaterals, giveaways, and technology setup
- Ensure timely and creative execution of 5–15 min speaking slots
- Track and report stall traffic, conversions, and leads
2. Webinar Execution
- Assist in planning, promotion, and post-session communication
- Coordinate with speakers and clients
- Drive webinar attendance and engagement
- Extract actionable insights and leads from Q&A and polls
3. Content & Collateral Creation
- Draft and proofread content for blogs, monthly newsletter (Wealth Compass), brochures, and videos
- Generate ideas and scripts for Instagram Reels and stories
- Coordinate with graphic designers and editors to ensure quality outputs
4. Digital Campaigns & Community Building
- Promote campaigns via WhatsApp, emailers, and landing pages
- Increase engagement in the "Road to ₹100 Crore" WhatsApp community
- Monitor campaign performance (CTRs, engagement, conversion)
5. Client Engagement & Offline Events
- Assist in conceptualizing and executing physical client events
- Ensure branding consistency and quality experiences at every touchpoint
6. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain weekly and monthly marketing trackers
- Ensure timely coordination with sales, advisors, vendors, and speakers
- Present campaign performance insights and suggest improvements

- No. of leads generated from events and webinars
- Growth and engagement in WhatsApp community

- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in financial services or startups
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
