Role Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and creative CRM & Marketing Coordinator to manage the implementation and daily use of ZOHO CRM and lead marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will combine analytical skills with creativity to drive CRM adoption, improve website engagement, and execute impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the implementation and daily usage of ZOHO CRM, ensuring maximum utilization by the sales team.
- Provide training and ongoing support to the sales team to enhance their CRM proficiency and usage.
- Analyse CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with designers and external vendors to update and improve website design, functionality, and user experience.
- Ensure website content is SEO-optimized, engaging, and regularly updated.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and event channels.
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to refine and improve future efforts.
- Work with designers to develop visually appealing marketing materials consistent with brand identity.
- Bring innovative ideas to enhance marketing strategies and campaigns.
