Position Summary :
Vadodara Chamber of Commerce & Industry (VCCI) is seeking a well-spoken, well-presented and proactive Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations and act as the first point of contact for members, visitors and callers. The role requires a courteous individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls, respond to enquiries and route calls to concerned officials
- Greet visitors and ensure smooth visitor check-in and front office coordination
- Manage appointment scheduling, meeting room calendars and basic administrative tasks
- Maintain updated records of visitors, meetings and communication logs
- Support office administration in document handling, accounts, mail management & coordination
- Provide assistance in event-related communication and member coordination when required
Required Qualifications & Competencies :
Graduate / Post-Graduate in any disciplineFresher or 1–3 years of experience in receptionist / front desk / office administration preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Gujarati & HindiGood working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & basic email correspondenceProfessional attitude with strong interpersonal skillsTime management, coordination and multi-tasking capabilitiesSkills Required
