Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will handle office communication, maintain records, and support various departments in administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain office supplies, inventory, and procurement.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Maintain office records, files, and databases accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for office-related tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Oversee office cleanliness, maintenance, and security.

Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience : 4+ years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
  • Problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Location : Vadodara, Gujarat. (On-site)
