Job Description
As a Performance Marketing Trainer at IIDE, you will be at the forefront of delivering and shaping our curriculum focused on performance marketing. This role is pivotal in ensuring students are well-versed in the latest performance marketing trends and practices. You will engage students through classroom and online platforms, track their progress, and provide in-depth industry knowledge to bridge learning gaps. Additionally, you’ll play a role in student outreach and curriculum promotion, emphasizing performance marketing modules. Innovating teaching methods and adapting content to diverse learning needs will be a crucial part of your contribution to students' success.
Key Responsibilities :
Curriculum Delivery
- Deliver course material based on the curriculum, covering up-to-date trends and best practices in performance marketing.
Course Material Enhancement
Regularly update and improve course materials to reflect new advancements in performance marketing.Outreach and Prospecting
Promote IIDE’s digital marketing curriculum, particularly performance marketing, to potential students in colleges across Mumbai. Emphasize career prospects post-course completion.Innovative Teaching Methods
Innovate and adapt teaching methods based on classroom experiences to improve learning outcomes, especially in performance marketing.Self-Development
Stay updated on all digital marketing fields taught at IIDE, including Social Media Marketing, AdWords, SEO, Email Marketing, and others, with a special focus on performance marketing.Customization
Tailor course materials and teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners, adjusting content based on their proficiency, particularly in performance marketing.Other Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
Industry Insights
Track and present relevant case studies, trends, and best practices in performance marketing during training sessions.Student Progress Monitoring
Track student progress and provide insights to the reporting manager for interventions to address any gaps in understanding.Assessment Creation
Develop MCQs, pre-tests, and post-tests to evaluate the effectiveness of courses delivered and student comprehension, particularly in performance marketing.Records Maintenance
Maintain detailed records of classroom sessions and create new educational resources, with an emphasis on performance marketing.Classroom Optimization
Ensure a well-prepared classroom environment conducive to learning, including IT setup and assessments for performance marketing modules.Requirements
Must Have
1-3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing with a strong focus on performance marketing, ideally within an educational setting.Excellent communication skills to confidently deliver training sessions lasting 2 to 4 hours.Strong written and verbal communication proficiency.Punctuality and discipline for timely and impactful training sessions.Patience and sensitivity to accommodate varying learning levels among trainees.A collaborative mindset with a passion for digital marketing and teaching, particularly in performance marketing.Residing in Mumbai.Should Have
Proven experience in adapting and enhancing course content and teaching techniques.Experience in effective student outreach and enrollment efforts.Ability to develop educational assessments and monitor student progress.Nice to Have
Experience in creating industry-specific case studies and insights.Expertise in other digital marketing domains, such as Social Media Marketing, AdWords, SEO, etc.Education :
