Job Description : Brand Manager – CHEMISTRYPosition OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially savvy Brand Manager to ensureChemistry’s brand standards are consistently implemented across all customer touchpoints,with a special focus on website management, backend operations, and brand integrity. Thisrole will act as the operational backbone of the brand—overseeing execution, monitoringperformance, and coordinating across teams to maintain Chemistry’s positioning in themarket.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Consistency & Oversight
- Ensure all brand elements (website, e-commerce, packaging, communicationtouchpoints) reflect Chemistry’s positioning and guidelines and monitor execution of allto ensure alignment with the brand’s identity.Website Management & Backend
- Oversee daily management of the brand website : product uploads, descriptions, pricingaccuracy, images, stock availability, navigation, and functionality in co-ordination withinternal teams.
- Coordinate with the tech team / agency on backend improvements, bug fixes, andintegrations (inventory, CRM, analytics).
- Track website KPIs (traffic, conversion, bounce rates, cart abandonment) and proposeoptimizations.Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with merchandising and buying to ensure accurate and timely productinformation across platforms.
- Work with buying & marketing agency to synchronize online promotions.
- Liaise with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless consumer experience.Operational Support
- Act as a central point for vendor / agency communication related to website andbackend.
- Ensure smooth handshakes between design, merchandising, operations, and externalpartners.Qualifications
- Min. 5 years of experience in brand / e-commerce operations, preferably in fashion,lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, website CMS, and backend workflows.
- Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel / analytics dashboards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
