PMO (Vendor Management)

Description and Requirements

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive JIRA FIP & Fibre Build PMO to join our team. This role will be responsible for assessing and verifying FIP returns, repairs, leading workload meetings, and managing critical issues within JIRA related to fibre builds and installations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess and Verify JIRA FIP Returns, FIP Repairs, and Property Damages :
• Review and validate FIP return requests and repairs within JIRA to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Liaise with the relevant stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper documentation.
• Lead Weekly Workload Meetings with Build Partners :
• Coordinate and lead weekly meetings with build partners to review the current status of projects, workload distribution, and prioritization.
• Collaborate with partners to address any obstacles or delays and ensure smooth project execution.
• Track Status of FIP Jobs in JIRA and Request Updates :
• Monitor and track the progress of all FIP-related tasks in JIRA, ensuring all relevant updates are captured and communicated to stakeholders.
• Actively request status updates and escalate any delays or blockers to ensure the timely completion of tasks.
• Triage Reactive BCNI Board for Failed NBD Installs :
• Regularly monitor the BCNI board
• Triage Fibre Build Escalation Board :
• Create JIRA tickets for MXUM and NGM issues, distinguishing between out-of-warranty and in-warranty work.

Ensure that escalation tickets are handled efficiently and that work is tracked to completion.
