We are seeking a UI Designer to join our Marketing Design Team. In this role, you will conceptualize and craft visually rich, user-centered web and in-app interfaces that power marketing campaigns across all our geographies, with a strong focus on India, Brazil, and the US. You will play a key role in designing promotional microsites, onboarding flows, festival or event campaigns, referral programs, and branded in-app moments. Your work will help shape how users engage with MPL across markets - and how they experience our games and offerings at every :
- Design engaging and high-performing web and app interfaces for marketing initiatives tailored to our core regions : India, Brazil, and the US.
- Create clean, intuitive layouts for campaign pages, landing screens, in-app promotions, banners, and content modules.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver creative that drives engagement, acquisition, and retention across geographies.
- Translate localization needs and geo-specific behaviors into regionally relevant design solutions.
- Design across MPL's wide game portfolio, including Fantasy Sports (Cricket, Football, etc. ), Puzzles and Strategy (Block Puzzle, Chess, etc. ), Card and Board Games (Rummy, Poker, Ludo, Solitaire, Bingo, etc. ), Casual and Arcade (Fruit Chop, Bubble Shooter, Carrom, and Survivor, etc. ).
- Leverage AI-based design tools and prompt-driven workflows (e. g., Figma AI, Galileo AI, ChatGPT) to accelerate quality creative production.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation and optimized performance across devices.
Requirements :
5+ years of UI design experience focused on web and mobile interfaces.Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI work, especially campaign or promotional interface designs.Expertise in Figma, including component systems, variants, auto-layout, and prototyping.Experience working with AI plug-ins or prompt-based tools to scale or enhance visual output.A sharp eye for layout, typography, color, spacing, and design hierarchy.Comfort working on region-specific visual styles, with cultural and behavioral design awareness.Ability to work on multi-lingual, multi-market campaigns - especially those targeting India, Brazil, and the US.A collaborative mindset, with the ability to take feedback from stakeholders and adapt quickly.Bonus Points For :
