Job Summary :
We are seeking a talented and passionate UI / UX Designer to design and shape the user experience and visual interface of our digital products (web, mobile apps, or software). You will be a key user advocate, working with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing product experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute various user research activities, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Analyze user data and insights to develop user personas, customer journey maps, and information architecture (sitemaps, content hierarchy).
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and performance analytics.
- Design high-fidelity visual mockups and graphic elements (icons, buttons, menus, etc.) that align with brand guidelines and design principles.
- Help develop and maintain a comprehensive UI design system or style guide to ensure visual consistency and efficiency across the entire product.
- Focus on visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout to ensure the interface is clean, engaging, and highly usable.
- Ensure all designs are responsive across various devices and adhere to accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to define product requirements and with Software Engineers to ensure design
feasibility and proper implementation.
Present and articulate design concepts, rationale, and user-centered approaches to internal teams and stakeholders.Proactively solicit, interpret, and incorporate constructive feedback throughout the design process.Required Skills and Qualifications :
Essential Qualifications :
Proven 5+ years of professional UI / UX design experienceA strong portfolio showcasing past work in web / mobile design, demonstrating a solid understanding of both UX processes and visual design skills.Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles, information architecture, and interaction design patterns.(ref : hirist.tech)
