Job descriptionConduct user research, create user personas, and define user journeys. Optimize designs based on user feedback, A / B testing, and usability testing. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design Collaborate with developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless user experiences. Maintain design consistency by following brand guidelines and UI design systems. To adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design. Stay ahead of UI / UX trends, emerging technologies, icons, graphic design and style To Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and To Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, 2+ years of experience in UI / UX design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, etc. Strong understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and user research Should have working knowledge of the related technologies and software that include Experience with Figma, Sketch, or other design tools is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. A strong portfolio showcasing UI / UX design projects. Should be Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup Familiarity with motion graphics or animations for interactive elements is a Experience in designing for mobile and web applications. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams. Ability to interpret data and analytics to enhance user experience. Competitive salary. We are looking for a detail-oriented UI / UX Designer with 2+ years of experience to craft
seamless, visually engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate should
be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator etc), Figma, and
have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. You’ll work closely with
