Accounts Receivable Analyst

Our team is responsible for managing the payment lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate recording of customer payments. We work closely with various stakeholders to resolve inquiries and facilitate payment applications.

• We partner with Invoicing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
• Our role involves facilitating payment applications for accurate recording in our systems.
• Monthly reconciliation of collections ensures we accurately track customer payments.
• We perform daily collection efforts and execute strategies to optimize payment outcomes.
• Process improvement initiatives are crucial in streamlining our operations.
• We monitor the Accounts Receivable inbox for timely response and escalation of customer queries.
• Aging reports help us collect data on collections as needed.

Key qualifications include 4+ years of experience in a similar role, proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, excellent communication skills, analytical problem-solving, accountability, adaptability, interpersonal skills, growth mindset, and attention to detail.
