Job descriptionCollaborate with design & production teams to create customized products and ensure on-time delivery. Build strong relationships with corporate clients, gifting agencies, and channel partners. Marketing of corporate sales through digital and offline, in coordination with marketing team. Master’s degree with 5–20 years of experience in corporate / institutional sales or business development. Strong retail industry network and proven business development capabilities. Excellent negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and strong execution focus. Passion for premium products and brand-building.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead corporate and institutional sales, including CSD, INS, bulk gifting, and reward redemption programs (both in India & Internationally).
- Manage and motivate the Regional teams;
report directly to the National Sales Head.
