Job Overview : CarDekho Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Region Head to lead and manage our sales team in Delhi NCR. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital and concept selling, along with proven team management skills. The Region Head will oversee the sales efforts across Delhi, managing a team of Dealer Sales Managers (DSMs) and Key Account Managers, driving sales growth, and ensuring business objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of 3-4 sales professionals, including DSMs and Key Account Managers.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets in Mumbai.
- Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring : Track team performance, providing regular feedback and support to meet sales objectives.
- Reporting : Prepare and present sales reports, using Excel and PowerPoint, to senior management.
Must-Have Skills :
Digital / Concept Selling : Expertise in selling digital products or services and conceptual sales approaches.Excel : Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and reporting.PPT Preparation : Strong skills in creating and delivering impactful presentations.Good-to-Have Skills :
HNI Sales : Experience in handling high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients.Team Handling Experience : Previous experience in managing a sales team.Qualifications :
