About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven, strategic, and execution-focused Growth Marketing Manager / Team Lead to drive sales across our D2C and eCommerce marketplace channels. You will lead the performance marketing strategy, optimize digital presence, manage cross-functional teams, and use data insights to build and execute revenue-focused campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Growth Strategy
- Develop and execute growth strategies to maximize sales across all online channels (DTC website, marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Identify new acquisition and revenue opportunities across digital touchpoints
- Plan and implement pricing, offers, promotions, and upsell / cross-sell strategies
Paid Media Management
Own and manage paid marketing across Meta, Google and other relevant channelsOptimize campaigns for ROAS, CAC, and LTVRun A / B tests and implement learnings to scale paid performanceCoordinate with creative team to ensure ad quality, messaging consistency, and relevanceeCommerce Marketplace Management
Oversee and optimize brand presence, listings, promotions, and advertising on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.Monitor product performance and work with operations to align inventory, pricing, and logisticsAnalyse competition and identify growth levers across SKUs and categoriesAnalytics & Reporting
Track and analyse key metrics across paid, organic, and marketplace performanceBuild reports and dashboards to communicate insights with leadershipMake data-driven decisions for continuous improvement and ROI trackingTeam Management
