We're looking for a passionate and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by designing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You'll be a key player in the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to detailed reporting and analysis. - Strategy & Implementation : Translate client needs and business objectives into effective digital marketing strategies, including paid search (SEM), social media, and email marketing.
- Performance Analysis : Utilize data from multiple channels to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Reporting : Create clear and concise analytical reports on campaign performance for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and strategic recommendations.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and creative, to ensure seamless campaign integration and Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Experience : Proven experience with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing).
- Technical Skills : Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with various digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
